Fruit is destemmed into vats where it ferments on skins with regular plunging. The wine is basket pressed to French and American oak barrels and matures for 18-20 months prior to bottling.

Order must contain at least 6 bottles of any wine.

Tasting Notes

Sight, Smell & Taste: Plum, red berry and spice with minty overtones.

Food: Enjoy with red meat, game and pork.

Cellar: Drink now. Will benefit from additional bottle age.

Approach: A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc. Matured in French and American Oak. Left unfiltered.
