Wimbaliri lies on the 35th parallel, near the village of Murrumbateman. Our distinctive chardonnay is produced from two separate blocks on a slope overlooking a small valley.
Peach, melon and honey character. Honeyed character will develop with bottle age.
Enjoy with poultry, salmon, and pan-fried scallops. Cheese matching; Riverine blue (Victoria)
drink now. Cellar to 5 years.
Whole-bunch pressed, barrel fermented with regular lees stirring and allowed to progress through malolactic fermentation. Left unfiltered.
