Please email us within 7 days if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We have a 7 day money-back guarantee from the time you recieve your goods. This policy does not apply to goods that have been used, damaged after delivery, or that have endured alternations. Wine must be returned in it's original condition. All postage costs are paid by the buyer. You assume the risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit.

If you have placed an order online and wish to cancel it and get a refund, please contact us immediately. We usually take 24-48 hours before your order is posted, after which we cannot cancel or refund your order.
